There was a great turn out at the Frodsham Charity Christmas Fayre, held on Sunday 26th November, in the Frodsham Parish Hall, on behalf of Medcare. It was good to see all the children enjoying the face painting, decorating their own baubles and visiting Father Christmas. The mulled wine and spiced cider went down well with the adults and great fun was had by all. All the produce provided by the stall holders was of a high quality and much appreciated by all who attended. The Salvation Army kindly came from Warrington to play a medley of Christmas songs and carols which put us all in the Christmas mood!
Medcare wants to thank the stall holders and the Salvation Army band for giving up their Sunday afternoon to support the event and for all the Medcare volunteers for working so hard to make it such a success. Over £1,000 was raised which will go directly to Uganda to benefit the children served by Medcare.
